awesome stay!
extra pillows clean room easy check-in
location was great and i had no trouble checking in. the room had extra pillows and blankets. the room was very clean. i had a great time staying here!
the room was a bit too small. but i will manage anyway!

my double room included fresh bedsheets and soft pillows. the room also had additional blankets i did not expect. it made it extra comfortable and cozy after a day of walking.

A Nice Stay
helpful staff public transport comfortable stay convenient parking
The staff were helpful and friendly, they promptly addressed all my requests. I easily reached the city center and airport via public transport located nearby. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking cost ten euro a night. I parked right outside.
The room walls seemed thin. I heard some noise from adjacent rooms.

The guest house is situated in a very quiet and safe area, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. A short walk leads to the Botanic Gardens. You can also find restaurants on the high street. Bus routes provide easy access to the city center and the airport.

The guest house provides complimentary Wi-Fi, which I found reliable . Breakfast is available, served in a pleasant room, though I did not partake on this occasion. Guests can also store luggage before check-in, should they arrive early.

wonderful staff lovely lounge infernal pump night frustration
the staff are wonderful and accommodating. the hotel has lovely lounge areas where you can get together and relax and chat with friends. location is about a 30 min walk from a main area downtown (a bit of a trek, i know!) but still has some nice restaurants about a 10 min walk away.
my only beef about staying here is the infernal pump (it's really loud!) which was located down the hall, but you could hear clunking on and off all night. it was so maddening by the last night that i complained to the very decent and helpful night manager who could see my frustration and was kind enough to let me use another bedroom far away from the pump. i would venture to say i'm not the first person to point out this irritation..

Homely Vibes and Helpful Staff
strategic location homely vibes excellent service clean room
The location suited my needs perfectly. It was close to the National Botanic Garden. I found nearby bus stops very convenient. GoCar was also available. The hotel's decorations created a homely atmosphere, and I enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area. Room service excelled. Staff cleaned the room daily and changed towels without my request.
I found that the walls were quite thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms which somewhat affected my privacy.

the staff was helpful with directions (i needed those!). the location was convenient for reaching several attractions. i appreciated the available bus routes nearby. the room had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
the parking situation was inconvenient, requiring frequent top-ups of the parking ticket.
